What they ask for
Required
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Engineering Physics or related field
- 8+ years of experience after BS, or 6+ years after MS, or 3+ years after PhD in advanced FINFET or GAA nodes
- Strong background in advanced CMOS technology (FEOL, MEOL, BEOL) and design-technology interactions
- Hands-on experience with device and circuit test structure design, verification, extraction, SPICE simulation, and silicon characterization
- Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to interact with design teams and foundry partners
Nice to have
- Familiarity with analog and digital design flows and CAD tools
- Mix of hands-on and project management skills
