Required
- At least 18 years old
- Retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to build customer connections
- Availability to work minimum 16 hours/week on peak days (Fri-Sun + holidays) or combination of peak and non-peak days
- Ability to stand and walk entire shifts
- Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 25 lbs
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and safely use ladders and step stools
- Must wear Rothy's shoes during all shifts
