What they ask for
Required
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Excellent C/C++ programming and debugging
- Experience with parallel programming models (MPI, SHMEM)
- Experience with at least one communication runtime (MPI, NCCL, NVSHMEM, OpenSHMEM, UCX, UCC)
- Deep understanding of operating systems and computer architecture
- Strong fundamentals in network architecture, topology, algorithms, and communication scaling for AI and HPC
- Strong Linux experience
- Ability to work effectively in multi-national, multi-time-zone environment
Nice to have
- CUDA programming expertise and experience with NVIDIA GPUs
- Knowledge of high-performance networks like InfiniBand, RoCE, NVLink
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
- Knowledge of deep learning parallelism strategies
- HPC application experience
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills with proven track record of guiding and influencing cross-functional teams
