What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years supply chain, sourcing, or procurement experience
- Experience managing suppliers for complex aerospace or advanced manufacturing commodities
- Contract negotiation and milestone-based agreement management
- Hands-on ERP system experience (LN, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes (CNC machining, 5-axis milling, turning, precision grinding, EDM, tight-tolerance fabrication)
- Direct experience managing machining commodities in aerospace
- Familiarity with AS9100 and NADCAP standards for machining and supplier qualifications
- Proven success driving supplier performance improvements through KPIs and long-term agreements
- Understanding of material specifications, surface treatments, and inspection requirements for aerospace-grade machined parts
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering
- New Product Development or Introduction supply chain experience in aerospace or frontier technology
