Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years supply chain, sourcing, or procurement experience
  • Experience managing suppliers for complex aerospace or advanced manufacturing commodities
  • Contract negotiation and milestone-based agreement management
  • Hands-on ERP system experience (LN, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes (CNC machining, 5-axis milling, turning, precision grinding, EDM, tight-tolerance fabrication)
  • Direct experience managing machining commodities in aerospace
  • Familiarity with AS9100 and NADCAP standards for machining and supplier qualifications
  • Proven success driving supplier performance improvements through KPIs and long-term agreements
  • Understanding of material specifications, surface treatments, and inspection requirements for aerospace-grade machined parts

Nice to have

  • MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering
  • New Product Development or Introduction supply chain experience in aerospace or frontier technology
