Required
- Bachelor's degree from accredited four-year institution
- 3+ years relevant experience or equivalent education/experience combination
- Leadership experience through training, coaching, mentoring, or process/project management
- Proficiency with computer applications including time-keeping systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office
- Manufacturing process knowledge and plant operations expertise
Nice to have
- Bilingual capabilities
- Deep knowledge of OSHA, USDA, and HACCP regulations
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
