What they ask for
Required
- 7+ years in Product Quality, Supplier Manufacturing, Manufacturing Quality Engineering, or Process Engineering roles
- Experience with System Integration environments (FATP) combining mechanical enclosures, soft goods, and electronics
- Experience in high-volume handheld/wearable consumer products manufacturing with high cosmetic standards
- Experience qualifying manufacturing processes including PSA/HAF attach, epoxy dispense/molding/curing, and solder/hotbar/laser weld
- Development of IQC/IPQC/OQC controls including AOI, cosmetics, and sampling plans
- Understanding of quality principles and tools such as GRR, SPC, FA/CA, 8D, FMEA, and DOE
- Understanding of manufacturing principles including DFM, GD&T, and Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong mechanical process development and design understanding
- Self-driven problem solver comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%
