What they ask for
Required
- 7+ years in product quality, manufacturing quality, or process engineering roles
- Experience assembling mechanical enclosures, soft goods, and electronics in system integration environments
- Quality engineering background in high-volume handheld or wearable consumer products with cosmetic standards
- Process qualification and auditing experience including PSA/HAF attach, epoxy dispense/molding, and solder/weld processes
- Competency with IQC/IPQC/OQC control development, AOI, sampling plans, and dimensional control
- Knowledge of quality tools: GRR, SPC, FA/CA, 8D, FMEA, DOE
- Knowledge of manufacturing tools: DFM, GD&T, Six Sigma
- Ability to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally
- Strong communication and data-driven problem-solving in fast-paced environments
