What they ask for
Required
- 8+ years leading enterprise AI/ML delivery
- 3+ years directly managing people accountable for delivery outcomes
- Track record building and leading technical delivery teams in enterprise settings
- Experience delivering AI, ML, or LLM-based agentic solutions to production
- Depth in Financial Services (banks, insurers, or asset managers)
- Understanding of model risk, security, and compliance requirements in finance
- Ability to navigate architecture discussions and evaluate technical trade-offs
- Experience with value-based scoping and post-deployment impact measurement
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building functions from early stage
- Executive presence and strong written/verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Background as founder, engineer, data scientist, or researcher who transitioned into deployments
- Experience with embedded or forward-deployed teams at client sites
