What they ask for

Required

  • 8+ years leading enterprise AI/ML delivery
  • 3+ years directly managing people accountable for delivery outcomes
  • Track record building and leading technical delivery teams in enterprise settings
  • Experience delivering AI, ML, or LLM-based agentic solutions to production
  • Depth in Financial Services (banks, insurers, or asset managers)
  • Understanding of model risk, security, and compliance requirements in finance
  • Ability to navigate architecture discussions and evaluate technical trade-offs
  • Experience with value-based scoping and post-deployment impact measurement
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building functions from early stage
  • Executive presence and strong written/verbal communication skills

Nice to have

  • Background as founder, engineer, data scientist, or researcher who transitioned into deployments
  • Experience with embedded or forward-deployed teams at client sites
