Required
- Full-time availability for 10-12 weeks in summer 2027
- Currently enrolled as undergraduate or graduate student with expected graduation on or after August 2027
- Demonstrated interest in HR field via relevant education or work experience
- U.S. Citizenship or "US Person" status (for export control compliance)
- Ability to work 100% onsite at one of four specified locations
Nice to have
- Major in HR, Industrial & Labor Relations, Psychology, Business, Management, Analytics, Organizational Behavior, or Organizational Development
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- Leadership experience in teams or student/civic organizations
- Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills
