Required

15+ years of pricing experience
6+ years in reinsurance
ACAS or FCAS certification
Knowledge of actuarial pricing and reinsurance treaty structures
Experience leading complex pricing initiatives
Ability to structure problems and develop data-driven solutions
Strong communication and influencing skills
Ability to build trust with senior leaders, underwriters, and brokers

Nice to have

Pricing experience in cyber insurance or cyber reinsurance
Experience building advanced pricing or portfolio analytics frameworks
