- 2+ years in B2B customer-facing role at SaaS company
- Experience with 3rd-party delivery tools
- Technical aptitude for ISP/domain-specific delivery policies and feedback loops
- Expert knowledge of bulk email best practices, list management, and blocklist/spam reduction
- Strong understanding of end-to-end email delivery
- Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and anti-spam laws
