What they ask for

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
  • 3+ years in spacecraft or aerospace system integration or manufacturing engineering
  • Understanding of satellite subsystems including avionics, structures, propulsion, and harnessing
  • CAD tool proficiency
  • Knowledge of GD&T and assembly tolerances
  • Cleanroom and ESD control experience
  • Lean manufacturing and process control methodology
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with satellite assembly, integration, and testing
  • High-reliability aerospace hardware experience in low-volume production
  • Tooling design and supplier management experience
  • Knowledge of CFR Part 21, NASA-STD, ECSS, and AS9100D
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Automation or advanced manufacturing technology experience
