Required
- Minimum two days per week availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays as needed
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to perform physical tasks during shifts
- Deliver exceptional customer service following Peet's service standards
- Prepare beverages to Peet's quality standards
- Maintain clean and organized work area
Nice to have
- Experience with suggestive selling and product education
- Prior barista or coffee shop experience
