- 8+ years in instrumentation and controls with data center or large-scale industrial experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent extensive field experience)
- Expertise across multiple major controls platforms
- Deep knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLCs and Ignition SCADA Perspective
- Comprehensive understanding of MEP systems technical documentation and engineering drawings
- Strong technical communication and client-facing skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and make independent professional decisions
Nice to have
- Deep hands-on experience with Ignition and Rockwell automation platforms
- Experience designing or supporting MQTT-based Unified Namespace architectures
- Extended tenure in mission-critical industries like high-availability data centers or power generation
- Experience supporting commissioning programs at campus or multi-building scale
- Background in maintenance or facility operations
