What they ask for

Required

  • Bachelor of Law or higher degree
  • Minimum 7 years' experience conducting workplace and POSH investigations
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in legal function, employment law, litigation or disputes
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Ability to conduct and oversee legally privileged investigations
  • Knowledge of local ethical, conduct and compliance risks and employee rights
  • Experience advising senior leadership on investigation risks and remediation

Nice to have

  • Employment law experience
  • Experience supervising compliance, employment, POSH and governmental investigations
  • Knowledge of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act 2013 and related rules
  • Extensive employee relations and workplace investigation experience
