Required
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting expertise at advanced level
- 2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience
- LOTO certification per NFPA 70E
- Ability to diagnose and modify PLC and HMI programs
- Proficiency with multimeters and electrical test equipment
- Competency in drive systems, linear systems, and actuating systems
- Understanding of National Electrical Code NFPA 79
- Ability to mentor other technicians
- Power Industrial Truck operation and training
- Ability to lift and carry up to 68 pounds safely
- Ability to push/pull up to 92 pounds of force
Nice to have
- Root cause analysis using AMS tools
- Experience facilitating RCCA and equipment reliability sessions
- Journeyman or Master electrician license pursuit
