- 7+ years software engineering or mission systems experience with demonstrated technical leadership
- Deep knowledge of GEOINT tasking, collection lifecycle, and sensor phenomenology
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered agents
- Strong Python proficiency and backend services experience
- Ability to decompose complex mission problems into structured sub-problems
- Experience shipping capabilities from prototype to production with hardening and testing
- Ability to rapidly establish working depth in new domains
- Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI security clearance
Nice to have

- Prior experience as GEOINT collection manager, imagery analyst, or mission operator

- Familiarity with classified software development and IC accreditation processes
