What they ask for
Required
- 7+ years software engineering, mission systems, or GEOINT experience with demonstrated technical leadership on R&D or prototype efforts for IC or DoD customers
- Deep knowledge of GEOINT tasking and collection lifecycle including collection requirements, access windows, sensor phenomenology, and constellation scheduling
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered agents or tools
- Strong Python proficiency and backend services or API development experience
- Ability to decompose complex mission problems into structured sub-problems
- Experience carrying a capability from prototype to production including hardening, testing, and security
- Multi-disciplinary collaborator who establishes working depth in unfamiliar domains quickly
- Active U.S. Top Secret / SCI security clearance or TS with SCI eligibility
Nice to have
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field
- Prior service as GEOINT collection manager, imagery analyst, or mission operator in IC or military
- Familiarity with astrodynamics and access-calculation tools
- Experience integrating commercial imagery tasking APIs and orchestrating collection across government and commercial constellations
- Experience with agentic frameworks, MCP, evaluation harnesses, and growing autonomy in operational systems
- Familiarity with classified software development and IC accreditation
