Required
- Currently licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in applicable state
- Nationally certified as a Nurse Practitioner by accredited organization
- Master's degree in nursing (MSN) or graduate of accredited APRN program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Licensed as an RN in applicable state
- Physician supervision arrangement per State Board of Nursing requirements
- Medical Executive Committee credentialing and hospital privileging
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) as required by setting
- Annual influenza vaccination or approved exemption
- Related clinical experience
