What they ask for
Required
- 6+ years in software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, or product engineering
- Strong Python and JavaScript fundamentals
- Experience designing agent-based or LLM-powered applications with multi-step workflows and orchestration
- Comfortable working directly with customers on POCs and technical evaluations
- Ability to explain technical tradeoffs clearly to developer audiences
Nice to have
- Deployed AI agents in production using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and Kubernetes
- Track record shipping and operating production software
