What they ask for
Required
- 8+ years automotive hardware design and release engineering
- Direct ownership of Domain Controllers, HPCs, or Telematics units
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Systems Engineering
- Deep understanding of compute architectures and high-speed data buses
- Knowledge of DVP&R, DFMEA, and PFMEA processes
- Expert experience with manufacturing BOM and ECN processes
- Supplier management and technical negotiation skills
- Understanding of vehicle integration, packaging, and ISO 26262 functional safety
Nice to have
- Experience with advanced in-vehicle prototypes and benchtop systems
- Track record of driving cross-subsystem impact
- Prior experience at autonomous vehicle or robotics company
