What they ask for

Required

  • BS in Computer Science or related field with 12+ years experience, or MS in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years experience
  • Hands-on experience with AI-Driven Development Life Cycle and AI coding agents
  • Experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade agentic applications with foundational and small language models
  • Expertise in Context Engineering, RAG, and MCP architectures
  • Harness engineering experience including model routing, agent execution loops, tool integration, and safety guardrails
  • Proficiency in Java, Spring, and Hibernate
  • Experience building end-to-end features with high quality, availability, performance and scale
  • Understanding of message queueing, event streaming, and data caching
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, preferably OpenSearch and PostgreSQL
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Legal authorization to work in the US

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React
  • Knowledge of VMware technology
