What they ask for
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of HVAC, refrigeration, building maintenance, or manufacturing experience
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off) with transitions from days to nights every 4 months
- Must wear cleanroom garments 100% of the time and occasional PPE
- Ability to lift and carry 25–40 pounds regularly
- Safe work in confined spaces and uneven terrain
Nice to have
- Two or more years of hands-on HVAC, refrigeration, facilities, or manufacturing operations experience
- Two or more years of military technical training in HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical maintenance
- Valid HVAC/R license
