- PhD with 4+ years relevant experience, or MS with 6+ years, or BS with 8+ years in Computer Science or related field
- Hands-on deep learning perception development with PyTorch, taking models to production
- Data-driven development experience collaborating with data and labeling teams
- Strong Python and/or C++ programming for production software
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration
Nice to have
- Autonomous driving or robotics perception systems deployed at scale
- DNN perception pipeline deployment on embedded or real-time platforms with latency and memory optimization
- Strong publication record at CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS, or IROS
- Deep 3D computer vision fundamentals including camera calibration and multi-view geometry, especially in transformer-based or BEV pipelines
- CUDA development and inference pipeline optimization experience
