Required
- Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Tennessee Physical Therapist license
- Minimum one year of Physical Therapy experience
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Satisfactory driving record
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage flexible PRN caseload
Nice to have
- Home Health Physical Therapy experience
- Electronic medical records (EMR) experience
- Knowledge of rehabilitation principles and functional mobility training
- Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations
