- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, aeronautical, mechanical engineering, or related discipline
- 8+ years progressive and related manufacturing experience
- History of supporting complex assembly builds
- Ability to make risk decisions during production to resolve issues
- Strong interpersonal skills across engineering and manufacturing functions
- Engineering fundamentals in statics, mechanics of materials, and process improvement
- Expert knowledge of drilling and trim operations, machining, inspection methods, and GD&T
Nice to have
- Direct experience with forming, welding, drill, trim and fastening for aerospace products
