Required
- 2+ years quality inspection experience in aerospace manufacturing
- Expert proficiency with precision hand tools
- Thorough inspection and strict compliance with quality standards
- Clear communication across teams
- Hands-on MRB process experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, lift up to 25 lbs
Nice to have
- Experience inspecting COPVs and avionics hardware
- Ability to take initiative on quality improvement projects
- Highly organized in ambiguous environments
- Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification
