  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field (or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training)
  • 8+ years of accessories design experience
  • 3+ years managing a design team
  • Proven experience designing headwear products (caps, hats, visors, beanies, functional headgear)
  • End-to-end project ownership from research through production-ready design
  • Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, closures, and technical construction details
  • Understanding of fit, ergonomics, ventilation, and weather protection in headwear
  • Knowledge of knitting techniques including yarn selection and rib structures
  • Proficiency in sketching and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Portfolio demonstrating authentic headwear design with functionality and consumer relevance
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail with flexible, positive approach
  • Creative design portfolio submission required
