What they ask for
Required
- 10-13 years of total professional experience
- 5-8 years managing or participating in projects and teams in finance
- 2 years in a professional management role
- End-to-end requirements management including elicitation, BRDs, and FRDs
- Leadership of teams of analysts and testers
- Coaching and performance evaluation of direct reports
- Experience in Core Ops Management or Transaction Banking projects
- Bachelor's degree
- Understanding of banking environment, compliance and regulatory requirements
