- 5+ years of product design experience

- Track record shipping large, ambiguous projects from concept to launch
- Fluent communication with designers, engineers, and product leaders
- Ability to align multiple teams around design direction
- HTML/CSS/JavaScript proficiency sufficient to discuss buildability with engineers
- Direct communication style with influence through quality of thinking
