  • Proficient knowledge of IT systems and network infrastructure
  • Understanding of data center electrical and mechanical systems including transformers, generators, switchgear, and UPS systems
  • Experience with data trending and analysis
  • Expert knowledge of industrial safety practices including LOTO and Arc Flash protection
  • Strong technical background with computer/network hardware and support infrastructure (HVAC and electrical)
  • Participate in on-call rotation for emergency response
  • Drug and alcohol program participation (safety-sensitive position)

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in mission-critical environments such as data centers, hospitals, or power plants
  • CompTIA Network+, BICSI, or specialized electrical/HVAC certifications
  • Experience with industrial control systems and PLC programming
