What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of quality engineering experience in high-tech manufacturing
- Working knowledge of SPC, DOE, FMEA, and MSA
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and solar-specific standards IEC 61215/IEC 61730
- Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Nice to have
- Experience with optical inspection systems or laser processing quality control
- Proficiency in Minitab, JMP, or similar quality software
- Green Belt or higher certification in Six Sigma
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and ESD safety
