Required
- 3–6 years in program management, content operations, or business operations
- Strong program and project management skills managing complex multi-team workstreams
- Experience owning meeting cadences, executive communications, and cross-functional coordination
- Experience working with budgets and financial tracking
- Highly organized and proactive approach to work
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Airtable, Notion, Linear, or similar workflow tools
- Experience in music tech or creator-focused technology
- Track record of building automations and scalable workflows
- Experience architecting processes in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments
