  • Proven success leading global B2B sales organizations serving enterprise customers
  • Experience managing recurring revenue businesses with subscription and licensing models
  • Strong understanding of broadcast radio, digital audio, streaming, podcasting, or media technology industries
  • Track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and driving profitable international growth
  • Experience leading organizational transformation and scaling high-performing commercial teams
  • Bachelor's degree
