Required
- 1–3 years experience in highly regulated manufacturing
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work orders
- Manual dexterity and precise hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work with multiple software systems
- US Person (ITAR requirement)
Nice to have
- AA degree in Electronic or Mechanical Technology
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control
- Experience with soldering or microscope work
