- 10+ years in performance analytics, strategy, business intelligence, finance, planning, or consulting
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience leading teams supporting executive decision-making and planning
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop executive-level narratives from complex data
- Experience with subscriber, customer, financial, or market performance modeling
- Business acumen and understanding of performance drivers
