Required
- 2–3 years in high-volume, commission-based luxury or premium retail
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and SPH goals
- Expert styling and wardrobe curation ability
- Strong communication and emotional intelligence
- Ability to serve as keyholder for store opening and closing
- Proficiency in building and managing client database
Nice to have
