What they ask for
Required
- High school diploma
- 5+ years supervising production teams of at least 10 people
- Experience supervising manufacturing or assembly operations
- Ability to work shift 2 (5:30 pm to 4 am, Monday–Thursday)
- Comfortable in a manufacturing environment with walking, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 40 lbs
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, science, or related technical field
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
- Experience in aerospace, electronics, or precision manufacturing
- Familiarity with satellite, avionics, or mechanical/electrical assembly
