- 3+ years of EO/IR design experience with photometric or radiometric requirements
- Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance
- U.S. Person status as defined by export control regulations
Nice to have
- Master's or PhD in applicable field
- Optical engineering design background
- Experience modeling and simulating EO/IR performance
- Lab or field testing experience validating EO/IR designs
- Data collection and analysis skills
- Ability to correlate performance predictions with lab and measurement data
