5+ years analytics engineering, data engineering, or business intelligence engineering experience
Lead complex cross-functional data initiatives from problem definition through delivery and adoption
Advanced SQL and analytical data modeling skills
Hands-on dbt experience with testing, version control, documentation, and data quality management
Modern ELT and activation tools experience (Fivetran, Hightouch, or equivalent)
Cloud data platform and warehouse experience
Business intelligence or semantic-layer tool experience
Translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for non-technical stakeholders
Dimensional and analytical data modeling expertise
Mentor and support junior technical team members
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Operate independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Nice to have

Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery experience
Omni experience
Python or other quantitative programming language
