- 5+ years analytics engineering, data engineering, or business intelligence engineering experience
- Lead complex cross-functional data initiatives from problem definition through delivery and adoption
- Advanced SQL and analytical data modeling skills
- Hands-on dbt experience with testing, version control, documentation, and data quality management
- Modern ELT and activation tools experience (Fivetran, Hightouch, or equivalent)
- Cloud data platform and warehouse experience

- Mentor and support junior technical team members
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
