- Established residency in Pennsylvania
- Valid PA driver's license and good driving record
- Cisco Switching/Routing/CMTS experience
- Calix and PON experience
- Harmonic DOCSIS/PON experience
- Palo Alto experience
- Windows Server, Linux, and Unix operating system knowledge
- Dynamic routing protocol configuration and troubleshooting
- TCP/IP, VLAN, VRF, EVPN, BGP, and OSPF understanding
- Cisco Network Technology Fundamentals and IOS/IOS-XE/IOS-XR experience
- Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification or equivalent
- Availability for off-hours and extended troubleshooting
- Ability to learn optical and RF design and IP video architecture
Nice to have
- HFC Cable Plant and RF Spectrum knowledge
- DOCSIS standards and CMTS understanding
- Calix and Harmonic XGS-PON solutions knowledge
- Python and Ansible scripting skills
- Network security knowledge including risk assessment and policies
- Experience with security tools, system logs, and packet captures
- Firewall and access list experience
