Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field
- 5+ years in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, or Quality Assurance
- Knowledge of mechanical properties of polymers and packaging components
- Experience with injection molding, EBM, and ISBM technologies
- Tolerance and stack analysis experience
- Statistical analysis tools proficiency in manufacturing
Nice to have
- Consumer goods environment experience
