Required
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years industrial maintenance experience
- Mechanical knowledge of motors, gearboxes, and components
- Systems troubleshooting ability
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work in hot, cold, noisy, wet, or dusty conditions
- Ability to work around high-speed machinery and food allergens
Nice to have
- AC/DC electrical repair and troubleshooting experience
- Ability to read schematics and use electrical testing equipment
- Basic shop equipment operation (mill, lathe, grinder, presses)
