- 5+ years of IAM experience in enterprise environments
- Hands-on design and troubleshooting of Microsoft Entra ID Conditional Access Policies
- Experience onboarding applications with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM
- Understanding of Agentic AI technologies (MCP, RAG, LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel)
- Knowledge of Agent Identity concepts and machine-to-machine authentication
