What this role is
This role builds and launches a managed mobile device program for Anthropic's global workforce, moving from BYOD to corporate-issued phones and integrating mobile configuration into the company's infrastructure-as-code platform. You'll own the end-to-end program design, logistics, enrollment automation, and device lifecycle management across multiple regions.

Required
- 8+ years managing corporate device fleets at thousands-of-device scale
- Deep expertise in iOS device management including enrollment, Apple Business Manager, ADE, and certificate lifecycle
- Experience with Android device management
- Treat device configuration as code, not console-based administration
- Run MDM infrastructure (self-hosted servers, cloud platforms, Terraform)
- Have built or launched a corporate device program, not just operated one
- Handle ambiguous problems spanning multiple teams
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Apply product engineering rigor to IT systems
- Write clear documentation as standard practice

- Experience managing ChromeOS alongside a mobile fleet
