Required

  • 12+ years in Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Operations, Regulatory Information Management, Data Management, or Computer Science (or Master's degree with 10+ years)
  • Extensive experience with Veeva Vault RIM including regulatory data objects, workflows, reporting, and integrations
  • Experience as Business Capability Owner, Product Owner, or Functional Lead for Veeva Vault RIM
  • Understanding of global regulatory submissions, registrations, and Health Authority interactions
  • Experience with IDMP, xEVMPD, or similar structured regulatory data standards
  • Experience leading enterprise governance, technology implementations, or data migration projects
  • Experience partnering with Digital teams on business requirements and enterprise capabilities

Nice to have

  • Deep understanding of Regulatory Information Management and enterprise data governance
  • Advanced knowledge of Veeva Vault RIM data architecture and object model
  • Experience with Veeva Vault RIM Applications, Registrations, Submissions, Products, and Health Authority objects
  • Experience with Tableau, Veeva reporting, or business intelligence platforms
  • Leadership of enterprise data migration and regulatory technology implementations
  • Knowledge of enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware, and Data Lake architectures
  • Experience with AI, automation, advanced analytics, or Vibe Coding for regulatory processes
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational change management skills
