Required
- Completed US residency in PM&R, Family Practice, Pediatrics, or Internal Medicine
- MD or DO with current unrestricted state license
- 5+ years of clinical practice in above specialties beyond residency
- Understanding of therapy programs (PT/OT/SLP) in outpatient and inpatient settings
- Comfort learning new software tools
- Understanding of managed care regulatory structure and processes
- Detail-oriented and able to work autonomously
- Works effectively in matrix organizations
Nice to have
- 1+ years of managed care utilization review experience in therapy services
- Licensure in AR, MO, MN, NC, IN, TX, or NE
