What they ask for
Required
- Proven track record shipping end-to-end products
- Built at least one product from your own observation of user needs, not requirements documents
- Execute through teams outside your direct authority
- US citizenship or permanent residency
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Nice to have
- 7+ years building and shipping products
- Experience in government or digital services
- Shipped a public-sector need into a commercial product
- AI product fluency including model evaluation and behavior
- Shipped within FedRAMP, classified, or equivalent compliance boundaries
- Experience negotiating with large partners like cloud providers or systems integrators
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
