  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical field
  • 10+ years in radar systems, sensor systems, aerospace, defense, or related technical environments
  • Proven ability to manage technical execution across multiple engineering disciplines
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Personnel Security Clearance
  • ITAR authorization eligibility

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
  • Familiarity with radar or other sensor systems
  • Strong math skills
  • Experience supporting U.S. Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or Space Force programs
  • Familiarity with space domain awareness, missile tracking, or related mission areas

  • Experience supporting classified programs and secure operational environments
