Required
- 5+ years supervising production teams of 10+ direct employees
- High school diploma
- Ability to work manufacturing environment with walking, standing, reaching, lifting up to 40 lbs
- Weekend nights shift commitment (Friday-Sunday, 6 pm to 6 am)
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, scientific, or related technical field
- Experience supervising aerospace, electronics, or precision manufacturing
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
- Understanding of satellite, avionics, or mechanical/electrical assembly processes
- Familiarity with MES or ERP platforms
