What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in aeronautical, mechanical engineering, or related engineering discipline
- 1-2 years of progressive, related work experience
- 3D and 2D design/drafting experience per ASME Y14.5M
- Working experience with at least 2 of: adhesive bonding, soft goods manufacturing, coating processes, machining, mechanical fastening and torquing, trim and drill, composites, critical lifting, tool design, or work center development
- Ability to perform trade studies using first principles and engineering fundamentals
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize in high-pressure environments
- Excellent interpersonal skills with engineering and manufacturing groups
Nice to have
- New product introduction experience with aerospace hardware
- Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments
- Working knowledge of manufacturing execution systems and quality management systems
- Master's degree in engineering or related technical discipline
- NX software proficiency
