Required
- 3+ years PostgreSQL and ecosystem experience
- Expertise with Ansible, Nix (including flakes), Packer, Docker, QEMU/KVM, AWS, and Kubernetes
- Experience building C/C++, Go, JavaScript, and Rust projects with conventional and Nix-based tooling
- Support for Linux and Darwin/macOS aarch64 architectures
- Public cloud platform and deployment methodology knowledge
- Comfort engaging regularly with customers
- Willingness to work within integrated conventional and Nix-based packaging systems
- Commitment to teaching the engineering team Nix practices and troubleshooting platform-wide issues
Nice to have
- Experience with PostgREST, Gotrue/Supabase Auth, and other Supabase stack components
- Contributions to significant open-source PostgreSQL projects
